Anne was handed the 2024 Community Award from Corsham Town Council for her Family Fun Day and Dog Show.

Anne has been putting on the Dog Show since 2018 to raise funds for Wiltshire Air Ambulance and regularly helps the charity at other events up and down the county across the year.

Anne says: “The hard work continues with two shows to plan this year. Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported me over the years.”

Meanwhile, shop volunteer Tom collected a 2024 Civic Award from the Devizes Town Council, the ‘Service to the People’ category.

Tom has been recognised for his voluntary work with Community Fridge Devizes, which helps share surplus food to people who need it most.

Tom volunteers at our Devizes Shop every Wednesday, but actually pops in most days to see everyone.

Shop manager Jackie says: "We're all very proud of Tom and delighted his excellent voluntary service to the people of Devizes has been recognised by this award."
